All Millennial Capital Trading, membership types continue on a recurring basis relevant to the subscribed membership term until cancelled (i.e. the three-month membership recurs every three months, for a further three months). By subscribing to one of the available packages on a subscription basis, you, therefore, consent to the auto-renewal and payment of your membership. Yearly membership option displayed as “one-time fee” will not be applicable to the auto-renewal payment method.

To use the Millennial Capital Trading service you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party.

Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date for recurring memberships, you authorise us to charge your next membership fee to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).

We may offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.

8.1 Payment Methods

To use the Millennial Capital Trading service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the “Account” page, selecting “Subscriptions” and then selecting “Update”.

We may also update your Payment Methods using the information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s). You authorise us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee.

You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

8.2 Payment Details

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

8.3 Identity & Tax Residence Checks

Before you buy a Product or a Service or subsequently, we need to meet our legal obligations such as under anti money laundering regulations, so we may ask you for evidence of your identity and tax residence.

We may decline a purchase entirely at our discretion. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in this Section.

8.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Millennial Capital Trading service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or un-watched Millennial Capital Trading content. To cancel, go to the “Account” page, select “Subscriptions” and then “Cancel”. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

8.5 Refusal Of Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
